Although FM Restoration offer a variety of restoration and repair services, we are also able to undertake new build projects.
New build projects require the highest level of skills and management to ensure the project is delivered on time and at the right cost. FM Restoration's management team is trained in all areas of project management and has a full grounding in design and construction.
FM Restoration uses the same experienced restoration masons and technicians to work on new build projects thus ensuring the most exact standards demanded by clients.
Our management team become pro-actively involved in new build projects from the intial budget costing through to the design, manufacture
and installation of the new stone. At the design stage we will liaise with both the structural engineer and the architect to ensure that the final stonework creates the impact that your require.
