The front elevation was covered with paint over the years and was cleaned using the specialist Doff cleaning system with a paint removal product. All of the brickwork was then repaired and TUC pointed to its original glory. The rear elevation had brick repairs and a lime mortar mix was used for all of the pointing.
The same method for the paint removal was used in the light wells to the rear elevation and brick repairs and lime mortar pointing undertaken.
